01 · Who we are and what this policy covers
101 Ace Slots (the “Game”) is published by [PUBLISHER NAME] (“we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how the Game and the pages at this website handle information.
If you have a privacy question, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. This policy is effective from [EFFECTIVE DATE].
02 · Scope
This policy applies to the Game and the pages served from this website. It does not apply to a third-party app store, browser, device operating system or any other service you use to find or install the Game. Those services have their own privacy policies.
03 · What the Game stores on your device
The Game is an offline study build. It keeps a small amount of game state locally so that your session survives a refresh. In the browser build this uses localStorage under the key sas-rebuild-v1.
The saved record can contain:
- your virtual-credit balance;
- the selected base bet and the Extra Bet setting;
- sound and Turbo preferences;
- the last ten local spin-history entries;
- the fact that a local save exists, so the Game can restore it.
This is gameplay state, not an identity record. It does not include your name, email address, precise location, device advertising identifier or any other information that identifies you personally. It stays in the storage area controlled by the Game on your device and is not transmitted to us.
04 · What we do not collect
The Game does not ask for, collect or transmit:
- your name, postal address, email address or telephone number;
- your contacts, calendar, photos, videos, microphone audio, camera images or files;
- your SMS or MMS messages;
- GPS, precise or coarse location data;
- health data, biometric data or financial account data;
- the list of apps installed on your device;
- an advertising identifier or a cross-site tracking identifier.
There is no account system, no login, no payment flow and no real-money wallet. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution or crash-reporting SDKs in this build, and we do not sell or share personal data.
05 · Network, hosting and app stores
The Game itself
The playable build works offline and does not transmit gameplay data to a game server. The Game does not call a remote balance service, advertising network or telemetry endpoint.
This website
These pages are static and use local stylesheets, fonts and images. They do not set advertising cookies and do not contain third-party analytics. If you open the pages from a hosted server, the hosting provider may process routine technical request data — such as an IP address, user agent, requested URL and time of request — to deliver the page and protect the service. That processing is controlled by the hosting provider's own policy; we do not combine it with gameplay data.
App stores and browsers
If you install the Game through an app store, the store operator processes installation, account and device information under its own privacy policy. If you open the Game in a browser or an embedded web view, the browser or operating system may process technical data under its own policy. We do not receive a copy of that data from the Game.
06 · Your choices and rights
Because the Game keeps its state only on your device, you can remove it without contacting us:
- clear the site's storage in your browser settings; or
- uninstall the Game or clear its app data in your device settings.
This removes the local balance, preferences and spin history. There is no server-side copy for us to retrieve or delete.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not operate an account system or hold a personal-data store for this Game, we may not be able to identify you in our records. You can still contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will explain what applies.
We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
07 · Children
The Game is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] so that we can address it.
08 · Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the Game's data practices change, for example if a future build adds a network feature or a third-party service. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will make that clear in the updated notice.
09 · Contact and governing law
Questions, requests and concerns about privacy can be sent to:
We will review privacy requests in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits a right that mandatory consumer or data-protection law gives you. This policy is governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], without prejudice to any mandatory local protections.
