01 · Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and [PUBLISHER NAME] (“we”, “us” or “our”) for the use of 101 Ace Slots, including its playable build and these pages (together, the “Game”). By opening or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

These Terms take effect on [EFFECTIVE DATE]. They do not replace any mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of your country or region.

02 · What 101 Ace Slots is

101 Ace Slots is an independent, offline, non-commercial reconstruction of a 3×3 slot cabinet. It is provided for technical study, visual review and entertainment. It uses simulated math and local virtual credits; it does not reproduce an official RTP, server result, wheel strip, weight table or payout schedule.

The Game is not a betting service, gambling service, casino, lottery or financial product. It does not accept money, place a real wager, hold a real-money balance or pay out cash or anything else of monetary value. No outcome in the Game represents a real-world chance of winning money.

03 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to use the Game. By using it, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that using the Game is lawful where you are located.

The Game is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow children to use it.

04 · Limited licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and non-commercial licence to run the Game on a device you control, for your own entertainment and study.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, publish or otherwise make the Game available as a paid product or as part of a commercial gambling service. You may not remove proprietary notices, claim authorship of third-party assets, or present the Game as an official product of JILI, IN101 or any other rights holder.

05 · Virtual credits

All balances, bets, wins and multipliers in the Game are virtual game counters stored locally on your device. They have no cash value, no monetary value and no value outside the Game. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or services.

Virtual credits may be reset if local browser or app storage is cleared, or if a new build changes the save format. They are not a deposit, an investment, a security or property. You do not acquire any ownership right in them.

There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, loot boxes or paid random items in this build. If a future version adds a paid feature, these Terms will be updated before it is offered.

06 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Game for real-money gambling, wagering, betting or any unlawful purpose;
• integrate the Game into a casino, sportsbook, lottery or other commercial gambling product;
• sell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit the Game or its assets without permission from the relevant rights holder;
• remove or obscure copyright, trademark or “study build” notices;
• interfere with the Game's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to distribute malware;
• misrepresent the Game as an official JILI, IN101 or third-party product;
• use the Game in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

We may suspend or withdraw access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

07 · App stores and third-party services

If you obtain the Game through an app store or another platform, that provider's terms and privacy policy also apply. The provider is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Game's content, operation or support.

The Game may link to this website or to policy pages. External services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's content, availability or data practices.

08 · Availability and changes

The Game is provided as an offline study build. We do not guarantee that it will be available at any particular time, on every device, or without interruption. We may change, update, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time.

We may revise these Terms when the Game or its distribution changes. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the Game after the revision takes effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Game.

09 · Intellectual property and non-affiliation

Original art, audio, game names, logos, symbols, trademarks and other materials used in the Game remain the property of their respective owners, including JILI and any relevant channel operator. We claim no ownership of those third-party materials. The original code and site design for this reconstruction are provided for study and review.

101 Ace Slots is an independent reconstruction. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, approved or operated by JILI or IN101, and it is not an official JILI product. Any resemblance to an official title is for identification and study only.

“101 Ace Slots” is used here as the name of this study build. No trademark licence is granted except the limited right to refer to the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10 · Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or connected with the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If a jurisdiction does not allow part of this section, that part applies only to the extent permitted, and the rest remains in effect.

11 · Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. You can remove locally saved state by clearing the site's storage or uninstalling the Game and clearing its app data.

We may end or suspend the licence granted in these Terms if you materially breach them or if we discontinue the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law — will continue to apply.

12 · Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be subject to the courts of [GOVERNING LAW], except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
